At LandX.pk, accessible from https://landx.pk/, we respect your right to privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account, remove your property listings, or permanently erase your personal data from our servers, you can do so easily by following the guidelines below.

Method 1: Direct Account & Data Deletion via Website or App

If you have an active account registered on LandX.pk or through our mobile application, you can initiate a permanent deletion request yourself:

1. Log in to your LandX.pk account using your registered credentials or social login (Google/Facebook).
2. Navigate to your Dashboard / Account Settings.
3. Scroll down to the Privacy & Security section.
4. Click on "Delete My Account & Personal Data".
5. Confirm your request. Your account and associated listings will be queued for permanent removal.

Method 2: Manual Data Deletion Request via Email

If you cannot access your account or registered via a third-party service (such as Meta/Facebook Login or Google Sign-In) and wish to request data erasure, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to our Data Protection Team at [email protected].
• Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email / Phone Number]".
• Specify the exact details you want removed (e.g., full account deletion, specific listing removal, or phone number unlinking).
• Our team will verify your identity and process your deletion request within 48 to 72 business hours.

What Data Is Permanently Deleted?

Upon processing your data deletion request, LandX.pk will permanently erase the following information from our active databases:

• ✔ Personal profile details (Name, Email Address, WhatsApp Number, Profile Picture).
• ✔ Saved listings, search preferences, and favorite properties.
• ✔ All posted property listings, images, documents, and floor plans associated with your account.
• ✔ Agency profile credentials and agency page settings.

Data Retention Exceptions

In accordance with Pakistani law and financial regulations, certain transactional records (such as tax invoices, transaction reference IDs, and payment gateway logs for paid listing packages) may be retained in secure, archived audit logs for up to 12 months solely for accounting, tax compliance, and fraud prevention purposes.
